Tcanvas Terms & Conditions

1. Order Acceptance

• All orders placed through the Tcanvas website are subject to acceptance by Tcanvas. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
  • Product availability
  • Errors in pricing or product information  
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

2. Delivery

• Delivery Time:
  • Dhaka: 1-3 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2-4 business days
  • Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the location and unforeseen circumstances.
• Delivery Charges: Delivery charges may apply depending on the order value and delivery location.
• Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

3. Product Inspection

• Upon Delivery: It is crucial to inspect/check the product carefully in the presence of the delivery person.
• Product Damage or Discrepancies: If you find any damage or discrepancies, please refuse the delivery and immediately contact Tcanvas customer service.
• No Claims after Delivery: Claims for product damage or discrepancies will not be accepted if the product was accepted without check/inspection in the presence of the delivery man.

4. Returns

• Return Policy:
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are generally accepted if products are inspected in the presence of the delivery person.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Return Process:
  • Contact Tcanvas customer service to initiate a return request.
  • Follow the return instructions provided by customer service.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.

5. Product Information

• Tcanvas strives to provide accurate product information and images. However, there may be slight variations in color and appearance due to factors such as lighting and screen settings.
• Product descriptions are for informational purposes only and may not be exhaustive.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Tcanvas website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• We provide warranties for pearl and stone.
• We don’t provide any warranty for metal accessories and lock of jewelry.

8. Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall Tcanvas be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services.  

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

• Tcanvas reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review these terms periodically for any changes.
